These Terms, together with our Website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the Products by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these Terms or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any Products offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading. The contract between you and Diamants Infos shall be governed by French law and you and Diamants Infos submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French Courts. The Products displayed on our Website are not shown to actual size nor are their images binding as to detail. Some Products may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other Products may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item, and your attention is drawn to the Product details and content where given.

All Products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of a change in the specification or quality of the goods ordered we will offer you a substitute item of the same or better quality for the same price, which you shall be entitled to reject.

All individual diamonds above 0.40ct on this website are accompanied with a gemological certificate from an independent laboratory.

All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), currently at the rate of 19.6%.

For orders outside of the European Union, VAT will not be charged and in that case, 19.6% will automatically be taken of the item(s) value.

Delivery will be made to the address specified in the Order Confirmation. Diamants Infos reserves the right to restrict the delivery of Products to certain areas.

We fully insure each order. That means that your order shipment is always risk-free. For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery of your Diamants Infos orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt.

If paying via Credit or Debit card, we can only send your purchase to the billing address of that card. Unless you can provide us with a copy of your card statement proving the card number and billing address. Unfortunately this is necessary to combat card fraud.

All orders are subject to stock availability and payment clearance.

Standard delivery time for most of the shipments (for loose diamonds) is 5-15 business days (depends on your location). We reserve up to 24 business days for delivery.

For diamond jewlery, the standard delivery time is 15-20 business days (depends on your location).

You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once the products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we shall not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Diamants Infos shall be under no liability to the customer for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims in respect of: (a) any defect arising from wilful damage, negligence, failure to follow instructions for the use of the products (whether oral or in writing); (b) misuse or alteration of the products without our approval; (c) arising from any Customer Material supplied by you which is incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or any other fault of the Customer and/or (d) for Products not manufactured by Diamants Infos, in respect of which the customer shall only be entitled to the benefit of any such warranty or guarantee as is given by the manufacturer to Diamants Infos.

Due to the nature of online shopping not allowing a buyer to touch and visually inspect the item they are purchasing, Diamants Infos offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you purchase an item through our site and are not completely satisfied with the purchase for any reason, you only have to contact us to infos@diamants-infos.com within 7 business days of receiving the item to receive a return authorization.

Items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted.

Returned items must be returned in similar packaging (fully insured) and via the same shipping method by which it was shipped to the customer. Items returned are to be in the same condition as when they were sold and shipped or this guarantee is void.

Note that once your item has shipped, your order cancellation will take effect after a) it is returned to Diamants Infos. b) our Quality Assurance analyses your diamond and verifies that it is in its original condition.

Diamants Infos will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.

We aim to make the refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.
